- Overview – This Refund Policy explains your rights to request a refund for purchases made on BluePeak Academics. By purchasing our courses, you agree to this policy.
- Digital Products – Because our courses are digital and accessible immediately, all sales are final. However, we offer a 14‑day refund window under specific conditions described below.
- 14‑Day Refund Window – If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 30% of the course content.
- How to Request – To request a refund, please contact our support team via email with your order details and reason for the refund. We will respond within 5 business days.
- Approval Process – Refund requests are reviewed manually. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Non‑Refundable Items – Courses that have been substantially completed (over 30% completion) are not eligible for a refund. Bundle purchases may be partially refunded only for unused courses.
- Technical Issues – If you experience technical problems preventing access to a course, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved within 7 days, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Duplicate Purchases – If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate charge upon notification.
- Promotional Discounts – Refunds for discounted purchases will be issued for the amount actually paid, not the full retail price.
- Subscription Plans – For monthly or yearly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time, but refunds are only available for the current billing period if cancellation occurs within 7 days of renewal.
- LMS Access Fees – Fees for LMS integration and team access are non‑refundable once the service has been activated.
- Chargebacks – If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund, your account may be suspended and you will forfeit access to all courses.
- Refund Abuse – We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds by the same user.
- Time Limits – Refund requests received after 14 days from the purchase date will be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
- Payment Processing – Refunds are subject to the policies of your payment provider. Some fees may be non‑refundable.
